We offer a 14-day return window for all items purchased through our online boutique, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition pieces and intimate apparel are final sale to maintain our standards of quality and hygiene.
Initiate Your Return
Access your order history through your account portal or the guest lookup page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including any dust bags or branded boxes, and securely seal the shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the package.
Verification and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
